We can build any process oven you require, standard or custom.
Ovens are used for a variety of processes including powder coating, aerospace, composite curing, burn off, and more. We manufacture both standard and custom process ovens available in either batch or continuous/conveyor designs.
We use aluminized and galvanized steel to construct our ovens. Oven walls are made up of double wall panels that are insulated with 4" thick mineral wool. In addition, our tongue and groove panel design allows for easy installation.
Door are equipped with adjustable heavy duty hinges. Most of the time doors are two leaf, swing doors (barn door style) but other styles such as sliding doors are also available.
We build ovens with ceiling intake plenums or wall intake plenums. Air flow is introduced and regulated through adjustable nozzles from the ceiling. Hot air is blown towards the floor, then it rises back up towards the top of the powder coating oven and is exhausted out. Exhaust fans are heavy duty forward curved blowers designed to withstand up to 600F in temperature.
We manufacture four different sized heat systems to accommodate any size process oven. Oven heaters range from 5,000cfm to 55,000cfm in capacity. Process oven heaters can be located next to or on top of the oven.
All heat sensitive parts, motors, bearings, belts, are located in the cool, ambient air. We use welded forward curved blowers to move the hot air through the process oven. Forward curved blowers handle the static pressure well and their operation is very quiet.
Control panels are all UL 508 listed.
Powder coating spray booths have many variations.
A pocket filters based system is most common type of powder coating booth filtration. Furthermore, this system can be divided into two versions based on its exhaust setup:
1. Outdoor venting:
The exhaust air is vented to the outdoors. There is a disadvantage to this version in the form of energy efficiency. The powder coating booth will exhaust a large volume of already tempered air.
2. Recirculating:
Exhaust air is recirculated back into the building through HEPA filters. This version combats the disadvantages of outdoor venting by recycling the already tempered air. This means less energy is required.
Top of the line powder coating spray booths use dust collectors to separate powder particles from the air flow.
We build our own dust collectors in capacities from 2,000cfm to 12,000cfm to match the air flow requirement of any powder coating booth.
1. ETL listing:
Our equipment was properly tested against NFPA 33 and it carries the ETL mark of quality not only for the United States but for Canada also.
2. LED lights:
LED lights are significantly more efficient than fluorescent lights. We only use LED lighting in our equipment. All of our fixtures are Class1 Div2 and they are all inside access light fixtures.
3. Crating:
All equipment is crated and packed for easy loading and offloading at the designated job site.
